Several options are available. You can register your domain name on Napplok, or, through the registar of your choice. Registering it on Napplok saves you the hassle of configuring the DNS.

The steps to register a domain name through Napplok:

1. Head over to your Napplok customer space.
2. Click on My subscription.
3. Next to domain name, click on Add.
4. Enter your choosen domain name in the section Buy a domain name then click Verify to check its availability.
5. If the domain name is available, the Order button appears.

   The purchase of a SSL certificate is mandatory. A Napplok site cannot work without a SSL.

6. Click the Order button whenever you are ready to purchase your domain name.
7. You will then be redirected to the payment page.

Your domain name and SSL certificate will be instantly setup upon receipt of your payment. The setup time is about 20 minutes. DNS propagation time may vary from instant to a few hours.

You already own a domain name and would like to use it on your Napplok site ? Easy. Simply add it to your Napplok account. You will then have to update its DNS configuration on your registar so that it points to the server hosting your Napplok site.

How to add an existing domain to Napplok:

1. Head over to your Napplok customer space.
2. Click on My subscription.
3. Next to domain name, click on Add.
4. Enter your existing domain name in the section I already own a domain name, then, click on Add.
5. You are redirected to the page to manage this domain name.

   There, you'll find information such as your Napplok DNS.

You will now have to configure the settings for your domain name.

Here is the common procedure :

1. Head over to your domain name registar.
2. Access your customer space, then, your domain name.
3. Access the DNS parameters of your domain name.
4. Update the DNS configurations to the ones given by Napplok.

Congratulations ! Your domain name is now connected to your Napplok website. You just need an SSL certificate to start using it !

SSL certificates are mandatory for all sites created with Napplok. An SSL certificate is the little green padlock in the address bar, which tells visitors that all the data that passes through your site is secure.

Here is how to install an SSL certificate:

1. Head over to your Napplok customer space.
2. Click on My subscription.
3. Select the domain name on which you would like to setup an SSL certificate, then, click on Manage.
4. On this new page, section SSL Certificate, click on Purchase an SSL certificate.
5. You are redirected to the payment page. Last step, completing the transaction !

The installation of your SSL certificate will be initiated upon receipt of your payment. This process takes about ten minutes.

Domain names and SSL certificates must be renewed every year. We strongly encourage you to renew your SSL certificates maximum 2 days prior their expiration.

Domain names must be renewed at max 12 days before the expiration date to avoid additional renewal fees. We recommend to renew a month ahead.

When you start our trial version, your Napplok customer space is created. Through that customer space, you can manage your subscription. Subscribing or renewing is easy !

Here's how you do it :

1. Head over to your Napplok customer space.
2. Click on My subscription.
3. Answer Yes to the question Would you like to renew your subscription ?
4. Select the duration of your subscription / renewal. 1 month, 3 month, 6 month or 12 month.

   Get a month free by subscribing for a year !

5. Click on Renew.
6. You are redirected to the payment page. Last step, completing the transaction !

Your subscription is updated upon receipt of your payment.

To send SMS and marketing emails, your Napplok balance must be positive.

Here's how to top up your Napplok wallet:

1. Head over to your Napplok customer space.
2. Click on My wallet.
3. Answer Yes to the question Would you like to top up your balance ?
4. Enter the amount in euros, or, enter the amount of SMS / Email you want to send and click on Top up now.
5. You are redirected to the payment page. Last step, completing the transaction !

Your balance is topped up upon receipt of your payment. Features of your website and management system requiring a positive balance on your Napplok wallet can now use this balance when necessary.
